COVID-19 Updates

A Message from Dr Nick at Abundant Life Chiropractic

Hi guys,

Just wanted to let you all know that we are still OPEN and will be for as long as possible.  I am still healthy and show NO symptoms.

We have implemented all the recommended guidelines from and WHO and the Australian government.  We have now spaced the chairs in the waiting room and will still be wiping down all surfaces and tables.  I will continue to wash my hands between each visit.   You will still keep your times for your bookings, I will, however, be spacing client visits so to keep the space needed in the waiting room even though we can still have up to 25 people at a time as the area in the waiting room is 100m2.  Rest assured you will get an appointment and we will make sure that everyone will be served. I will open more times and availability for you.

If you have any questions please email or call the office and I am happy to talk or call you back.

Please do not come into the office if you are sick or have travelled overseas in the last two week.  If you are sick please see a GP to get cleared before you come in.

Here are some tips:

In order to do our part to help limit the spread of Coronavirus, we wanted to share a few health tips with you. As your partner in health, we feel it’s our duty to help ‘flatten the curve’.

Together, we can make an incredible impact on combating Covid-19—and potentially save lives.

Here are a few things you can do to stay well and limit the spread of infection:

  • Practice proper hygiene—this means washing your hands for 20 seconds, and covering your mouth when you cough or sneeze.
  • Eat a balanced, nutrient-rich diet—this is the time to add more veggies to your plate.
  • Stay inside if you’re feeling ill—and seek medical attention if your symptoms are severe.
  • Disinfect surfaces around your home and work—this includes your desk, computer, remotes, cell phones, doorknobs and light switches.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth with unclean hands.
  • Get adjusted regularly to keep yourself in tip-top condition.
  • Stay hydrated—drink enough water so you never feel thirsty.

Know that we are with you and stand with our community during this time.

We’ll be sharing new information and guidelines as we receive them, and invite you to follow us on social media for the latest updates.
